Circa 19th century.
Size 92cm long x 5cm wide x 1.51m high.
Perfect as a garden antique or easily used again protecting the glass of a window. This piece of architectural salvage one sat in front of a window opening stopping intruders from entering, this is pre glass as glass was very expensive in the 1800s.
Incredible, gorgeous, and so early. True age here, forged by a blacksmith's hand. The wrought iron bars are held in place by moulded lead details.
