Shipping and Returns

If your purchase does not fit your style exactly as intended or is damaged in transit, you can return your item(s) for a full product cost refund!
Returns by courier must be paid by the customer not Salvage Place.
• We must receive your returning purchase within 7 days of your purchase arriving to your door for online purchases and agreed delivery purchases (the 7 day period does not start when payment is made).
• Showroom cash and carry purchases, the 7 day period starts the day of purchase.
• Your purchase must be returned in its original undamaged state to our showroom at 103a Manukau Road, Pukekohe, Auckland, 2120, New Zealand. Please contact us to arrange a time for drop off.
• If we cannot meet you to collect your returning purchase with in the 7 day period a suitable day for all will be arranged. You must have contacted us within 7 days of purchase making us aware of your return before a suitable day will be mediated.
• If you are posting your returning purchase, it must be sent within the 7 day return period. A copy of the postage receipt will have to be forwarded to Elsie Wolfe Wondrous Antiques.
• Any damages of returning goods made in 3rd party delivery transit will be mediated by you, the customer of the 3rd party delivery company.
• We DO NOT offer proportional refunds.
We offer a professional and quick delivery service with in-house packing and trusted New Zealand couriers in order to deliver your purchased items from Salvage Place safely to your door. 
All goods in transit are covered by the “Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017". This means the carrier under the “Limited carrier’s risk law’ is liable for any unintentional loss or damage up to $2000 for each separate item. If your purchase exceeds $2000 additional insurance can be bought at 20% of purchase value but is not necessary for shipping. Please let us know if you require extra insurance when purchasing.
