This remarkable piece shows its age with original brass inkwell holders, suggesting it was likely crafted for an institution teaching drafting skills—perhaps a technical college or architectural firm rather than a standard school. The drawers, numbered one to three, still feature their original cast handles, while the three adjustable work surfaces tilt to various angles. Even the legs retain their sturdy cast iron supports.

Constructed from Oregon, this table was almost certainly made in America, adding to its historical charm and rarity.
