Size 74cm wide x 1.52m high.
Riddling racks have been used in Champagne since the 1830s. Bottles were stacked on the rack for two months and spinned a quarter-turn everyday as part of the production process (remuage). They are made of solid oak and are capable of holding 120 bottles.
